Tasmania's best cafes, restaurants, accommodation, hotels, pubs, community clubs and RSL's have been celebrated in the industry's night of nights at the Tasmanian Hospitality Association 2021 Awards for Excellence.
The hospitality industry underpins the success of Tasmania's economy, and further promotes our tourism industry by providing high quality experiences for visitors and Tasmanians alike.
Our tourism and hospitality venues were some of the hardest hit in 2020 due to the pandemic, but I congratulate each and every business for their resilience, passion and tenacity shown in the face of hardship.
These Awards are a wonderful celebration of the industry's success and I congratulate the THA in again delivering this outstanding event and supporting businesses each and every day.
All of the finalists and winners do an incredible job providing world class experiences and should be proud of what they have achieved, particularly in response to recent challenges.
