Teen charged in Albury

Police will continue to investigate the circumstances around an incident in Albury on the weekend., NSW Police say

Just after 7pm yesterday, police were notified that three teenagers had entered a Hospital on Borella Road.

A 17-year-old teen allegedly raised a pistol toward a staff member of the hospital.

The trio fled on foot after being told police were on the way. No one was injured during the incident.

Officers from Albury Local Area Command arrested three teenagers a short distance from the Hospital. The replica pistol was located and seized by police.

A 17-year-old was taken to Albury Police Station and charged with breach bail, possess unauthorised pistol, armed with intent, intimidation and trespass. He was bail refused to appear at a Children’s Court today.

Two teenagers were released pending further investigation.
