A teenager has been charged with alleged drug supply in the state's central west yesterday.
About 11.20am yesterday (Thursday 8 May 2025), Proactive Crime Team officers attached to Central West Police District attended a home on Scrivener Street, Forbes, to conduct a Firearms and Weapons Prohibition Order search.
During the search of the property, a 16-year-old boy attempted to leave the premises before being stopped and subsequently searched by police.
Following the search, police allegedly located 4.2 grams of methylamphetamine and cash.
The boy was arrested and taken to Parkes Police Station where was charged with supply prohibited drug, possess prohibited drug and goods in custody.
He was granted conditional bail to appear before a Children's Court on Tuesday 20 May 2025.
