Teenage Girl Missing From Mollymook Beach: Police Appeal

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a teenage girl last seen in the state's south coast.

Decoda Roode, aged 16, was last seen in Mollymook Beach, about 12pm on Tuesday (24 February 2026).

When she could not be located or contacted, officers South Coast Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police hold concerns for Decoda's welfare due to her age.

Decoda is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm tall, of thin build, with dark long hair with coloured dye and blue eyes.

She is known to frequent the Mollymook and Wollongong areas.

Anyone who has seen Decoda is urged to contact South Coast Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
