Teenager missing from Westmead

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from Sydney's west.

Joshua Cohen, aged 17, was last seen about 2am today (Sunday 28 July 2019) in the Westmead and Mays Hill area.

It is believed Joshua travelled to Parramatta via train earlier in the evening.

He was reported missing when he failed to return home today and officers from Cumberland Police Area Command commenced an investigation.

Police and family hold concern for his welfare.

Joshua is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 175cm tall, clean shaven with curly brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a blue hooded jumper, dark coloured long pants with red and white sneakers.
