A teenager missing from the Illawarra region has been located safe and well.
The 16-year-old man was last seen in Wollongong about 8pm yesterday (Tuesday 29 November 2022).
When he could not be contacted by family members, he was reported missing to Lake Illawarra Police District who commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Following inquiries, a geo-targeted text message was sent out to the local areas, and he was located safe and well about 5pm today (Wednesday 30 November 2022) at Albion Park.
