An operation is continuing after two teens were injured after falling 10m over a cliff in Sydney's north-west.
Emergency services were called to Berowra Valley National Park at Cherrybrook about 5.15pm (Friday 30 January 2026), and found a 17-year-old boy had suffered multiple injuries in the fall.
A medical team brought to the scene by the TOLL helicopter shortly after have been working to stabilise the boy. Police have been told is he's in a critical condition and is expected to taken by road ambulance to Westmead Hospital once he's been carried to the top of the cliff.
A 16-year-old girl was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics after also falling over the clilff. She was carried by foot to the top of the cliff before being taken to Royal North Shore Hospital. Her condition is reported to be stable.
A 47-year-old woman was treated at the scene for shock.
Officers attached to The Hills Police Area Command are assisting paramedics, along with members of the Rural Fire Service.
