Teens hospitalised after unit fight in Homebush

Police are investigating a fight at a unit in Homebush overnight, NSW Police say.

About 10.20pm (Tuesday 19 June 2018), police from Auburn Police Area Command were called to a unit on Station Street and were told two youths, aged 17, had assaulted a 35-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman in the home.

One youth sustained head and eye injuries as well as lacerations, while the other teen suffered lacerations to the back of his head. Both were taken to Westmead Hospital for treatment.

The two adults were taken to Concord Hospital where they were treated for bruising and lacerations.

A crime scene was established and forensically examined.

Police have been told the teens are known to the adults but not related.

Inquiries are continuing.

Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
