Teens Located In Stolen Car At Modbury

Two teens were arrested in a stolen Hyundai after three homes were broken into in the Eastern Suburbs on the weekend.

Between 4am and 8am on Sunday 26 July, three homes in Glenn Osmond, Hyde Park and Greenacres were broken into by three suspects with numerous items stolen from the three properties.

The suspects are alleged to have been travelling in a Hyundai SUV, reported stolen from a Davoren Park address earlier this month.

Crime Scene Investigators attended all three homes to conduct a forensic examination.

Just before 8.30am on Sunday morning, patrols were in Carsten Court in Modbury when they sighted the stolen Hyundai SUV with two occupants.

A 15-year-old boy and 17-year-old boy were arrested without incident.

They were charged with serious criminal trespass and theft and refused police bail. They will appear in the Adelaide Youth Court later today.
