Temporary changes to DA tracker

Kiama Council

DA tracler

Kiama Council welcomes our engaged community and we aim for transparency and to keep you informed about development applications and planning processes.

As part of Council's Planning Reform Program, some important changes go live today in our Authority system.

This has implications for our DA Tracker and means that, for DAs lodged from 20 September 2021, the amount of 'tracking' information visible to the community will temporarily decrease.

A number of tracking actions are being replaced in our Authority system and unfortunately we don't have the ability internally to replicate these changes in the DA Tracker.

Once we've ironed out some kinks we'll be asking Authority to replicate these changes in the DA Tracker. At this stage, we hope it will be updated by November 2021.

The community will still be able to view the application and associated documents and see the name of the assessing officer.

We thank you for your patience during this time and will update you on this matter as soon as possible.
