Notice is given of an application made under the Local Government Act 2009 for temporary road closure of an area of unformed road adjacent to lot 3 on RP743133 and bisecting lot 180 on NR4981 at Woopen Creek shown edged in red on the attached sketch which also includes a locality map.
Should this application be approved, the road area will no longer be available for public use and a road permit will issue to the applicant to allow exclusive use of such road area.
