Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Terrence Parker.
The 49-year-old, also known as Trevor Ford, is wanted on warrant for driving whilst disqualified.
Parker is known to frequent the Loch Sport and Dandenong areas.
Investigators have released an image of Parker in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
He is Caucasian in appearance with a thin build, black hair and blue eyes.
