Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate St Albans man Thanh Pham.
Two warrants have been issued for the 31-year-old's arrest in relation to fraud offences and failing to answer bail.
Pham is described as being Asian, about 160cm tall with a thin build and short brown hair.
Police have released an image of Pham in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
