Theft at liquor store in Dandenong

Police are investigating a theft at a liquor store in Dandenong last month, Victoria Police say.

It is believed a male entered the store on Lonsdale Street about 8.25am on 18 March.

He managed to climb a perspex screen and gain access to the cash register as the staff member fled from behind the counter.

The male stole cash before leaving the store on foot.

He is described as aged 20-30-years-old, tall with a slim build.

Investigators have released images of the man police believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
