Theft from motor vehicle - Forest Hill

Whitehorse Criminal Investigation Unit detectives are investigating a theft from motor vehicle in Forest Hill on 13 June, Victoria Police say.

Investigators believe a car parked on Bessazile Avenue was broken into by an unknown male offender about 2.00am.

The man stole and used bank cards from the vehicle.

It is believed the man is known to frequent the Knox, Dandenong, and Reservoir areas.

The man also has distinctive neck tattoos.

Police are seeking to identify the man and have released two images in an appeal for public assistance to do so.
