The parked car was on Tivoli Road and was broken into some time between 5.30pm on 5 January and 9am on 6 January.
Two bags with wallets containing credit cards as well as a Nintendo console, games and clothing was stolen.
One of the credit cards was used about 9am on 6 January by a female at a service station on Heatherton Road in Noble Park to purchase petrol and cigarettes.
Investigators have released an image of a woman police believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
