Theft from motor vehicles - Greensborough

Police have released images of a man who may be able to assist with enquiries after a number of cars were broken into in Greensborough earlier this week, Victoria Police say.

It’s believed between 2am and 4am on 25 September a man broke into, or attempted to break into, at least eight vehicles.

Personal items were stolen including a laptop, keys, loose change and miscellaneous property from vehicles on Plenty River Drive and surrounding courts.

The man is perceived to be of Caucasian appearance, aged in his 20’s with short straight hair.

He was wearing a blue-jumper with a white and black stripe across the chest.

Detectives are still investigating if there were further incidents in the area on the night.

Investigators have released images and footage of a man they believe can assist in their enquiries.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
