Police at Cobram are investigating after a theft at a pharmacy at Cobram on 27 December, Victoria Police say.
Police have been told a man entered the Punt Road store at about 4.50pm and asked to see some medication.
When the store attendant handed over the medication the man ran from the store without paying.
The man is described as Indian Sub-Continental in appearance, tall with a solid build and wearing a green singlet with cammo shorts.
Investigators have released an image of a man who they believe can assist with their enquiries.
