Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Thomas Johnson.
The 28-year-old is wanted on warrant for failing to appear at court in relation to traffic offences.
Johnson is perceived to be of Aboriginal appearance, 170cm tall, with a medium build.
He is known to frequent the Shepparton and Echuca areas.
Investigators have released an image of Johnson in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
