Three people have been arrested after a search at Kilburn this morning, according to SA Police.
Police will allege that about 1.20am, patrols were called to a house in Nelson Street after reports of a group of people trying to break in to the property.
Police searched the backyard and found a man and woman hiding in the yard, allegedly in possession of methamphetamine.
Another property was searched nearby, and a second man was found hiding in a shed, with a large amount of methamphetamine found in his possession. Police also located a small firearm during the search.
A man and woman from Campbelltown and a Hillcrest man were all charged with numerous offences including trafficking a controlled drug and being unlawfully on premises. They will be refused bail to appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court later today.
