Three arrested following Carlton robbery

Detectives from Melbourne Embona Taskforce have arrested three teenage boys after a man was robbed in Carlton on 16 September, Victoria Police say.

The man left a university and was walking through Lincoln Square Park area when he was allegedly assaulted and robbed by a number of unknown males about 9.30pm.

A 15-year-old Carlton boy has been charged with obtain property by deception and bailed to appear at a children’s court.

Two 14-year-old boys from Richmond and Carlton have been released pending further enquiries.

The investigation remains ongoing.
