Three men have been charged after an alleged aggravated break and enter at Claymore last month, NSW Police say.
About 7.30pm on Saturday 3 September 2016, police were called to a home on Gould Road, following reports of an assault.
Police will allege a 34-year-old man threatened a 33-year-old man in the street, before the younger man went inside a home with two other men inside.
The older man allegedly forced entry to the home, in the company of two men – aged 41 and 33 – and a woman.
It’s alleged two of the intruders – aged 34 and 33 – assaulted one of the occupants, also aged 41.
The three men and the woman left the home.
NSW Ambulance Paramedics attended and treated the 41-year-old man and he was taken to Campbelltown Hospital for treatment.
Officers from Macquarie Fields Local Area Command attended and commenced an investigation.
Following inquiries, a 33-year-old man was arrested today. He was taken to Macquarie Fields Police Station and charged with special aggravated break and enter with intent – inflict grievous bodily harm (in company).
He was refused bail to appear at Parramatta Local Court tomorrow.
Last month, a 41-year-old man and a 34-year-old man were arrested and charged with aggravated break and enter with intent (in company).
The 34-year-old man is currently refused bail to reappear at Campbelltown Local Court on Wednesday 5 October 2016.
The 41-year-old man is currently refused bail to reappear at Campbelltown Local Court on Wednesday 9 November 2016.
