Three Charged After Wagga Wagga Police Operation

Two women and a man have been charged following a police operation in the state's south west.

Shortly before 10:30pm on Saturday 15 November 2025, emergency services were called to a park on Monash Crescent, Turvey Park, following reports a man had been assaulted.

Officers attached to Riverina Police District attended and were told a 21-year-old man had allegedy been assaulted by three people known to him. The man refused medical treatment.

A 24-year-old woman was also allegedly threatened but was uninjured.

About 11am yesterday (Friday 5 December), a 55-year-old woman was arrested at Wagga Wagga Police Station.

Following inquries, about 12pm yesterday (Friday 5 December 2025), police executed a search warrant at a house in Mumford Street, Ashmont.

Two people, an 18-year-old woman and an 18-year-old man were arrested at the house before being taken to Wagga Wagga Police Station.

All three were charged with kidnap in company with intent occasion actual bodily harm and stalk/intimidate

They have been refused bail to appear before Bail Court on Saturday 6 December 2025
