Three charged over dangerous drugs at Arundel, QLD

Police have charged three people following the alleged discovery of dangerous drugs at Arundel this morning., Queensland Police say

It is alleged that around 7.20am, officers from the Rapid Action Patrol group executed a search warrant at a private residence on Portreeves Place, where they allegedly located methamphetamine, cannabis, drug utensils, cash, scales, knives, fireworks and prescription medication.

A 31-year-old Arundel man has been charged with two counts of possessing dangerous drugs and one count each of possessing a weapon, possessing a controlled drug, possessing a restricted drug, possessing explosives, possessing drug utensils and possessing stolen property.

A 36-year-old Arundel man has been charged with one count each of possessing dangerous drugs and possessing drug utensils.

A 25-year-old woman of no fixed abode has been charged with two counts of possessing dangerous drugs and one count of possessing drug utensils.

All are scheduled to appear at the Southport Magistrates Court on June 29, 2018.
