Three in custody after high-end vehicles stolen in West Pennant Hills

Three men are in police custody and a classic sports car is missing, after three vehicles were stolen from a home in West Pennant Hills this morning, NSW Police say.

It was about 3.40am today (Tuesday 13 March 2018), that police from The Hills Police Area Command were contacted by a 42-year-old man, who had disturbed intruders at a home in Doris Hurst Place.

The group allegedly left the scene in the man’s 1971 Chevrolet coupe, a Jaguar sports sedan, and a Range Rover.

About 15 minutes later, the Range Rover hit a barrier near the M2 on-ramp on Pennant Hills Road at Carlingford.

Three men travelling in the Range Rover were arrested and have been taken to Ryde Police Station.

The 1971-model red Chevrolet Chevelle SS coupe (NSW registration YRMUM) and black 2015-model Jaguar XF sedan (NSW registration CXS 56J) have not been recovered.

Police are urging anyone who may have seen either vehicle to contact Castle Hill Police or Crime Stoppers.
