Three men and a woman charged over abduction , SA

Three men and a woman will face court after being arrested and charged with unlawful detention and aggravated assault yesterday, according to SA Police.

On Friday 26 May the victim was at a Para Vista home when she was assaulted and allegedly forced into a car by three men and a woman who were known to her.

She was driven to a property in Christies Beach where police will allege she was held against her will for three days.

On Monday 29 May the victim was able to flee the property and raise the alarm.

As a result of an investigation police identified the four suspects involved, the property where the woman was held and the vehicle involved in the incident.

A 36-year-old man from Parafield Gardens, a 34-year-old man from Ottoway and a 23-year-old man from Christie Downs were arrested and charged with unlawful detention and aggravated assault.

The men were refused bail and are expected to appear in the Christies Beach Magistrates Court today.

A 29-year-old woman from Hackham was also arrested and charged with unlawful detention and aggravated assault and bailed to appear in the Christies Beach Magistrates Court on 29 July 2017.
