Three men arrested in Eastern suburbs , SA

Norwood police have arrested three men after they were seen interfering with vehicles in Marden overnight, according to SA Police.

Just after 3am police were called to Lower Portrush Road after three men were seen trying the car doors of two vehicles parked in a driveway.

Police searched the area with the assistance of PD Iggy and found three men in a near-by street in possession of screw drivers, gloves and torches.

During a search of a car being used by the men police also located bags containing property police will allege is stolen.

A 37-year-old man from Adelaide and a 40-year-old man from Elizabeth Vale were charged with possessing an article to commit an offence and have been bailed to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on 5 October 2016.

A 47-year-old man from Salisbury Heights was charged with possessing an article to commit an offence and unlawful possession. He has been refused bail and will appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court today.
