Three men injured after stabbing in Casula

Three men have been taken to hospital after a stabbing at Casula last night, NSW Police say.

About 9.15pm today, two men – aged 63 and 42 – were involved in a verbal argument at a home on Cleary Place, when a third man, aged 35, attended the location.

Police have been told a physical altercation took place between the trio and they all sustained lacerations to their arms.

Emergency services attended and the 63-year-old man was taken to Fairfield Hospital, while the 42-year-old man and the 35-year-old man were taken to Liverpool Hospital for treatment.

The 42-year-old man was arrested and remains under police guard at hospital.

Officers from Liverpool Local Area Command established a crime scene at the location and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Inquiries are continuing.
