A man will face court as police continue to investigate after three men were hospitalised, one in a critical condition, following two separate stabbings in Sydney's CBD overnight.
Officers from Sydney City Police Area Command are investigating after two men were reportedly stabbed on Pitt Street about 8.15pm (Saturday 21 September 2019)
Police attended Sydney Hospital, about 9.45pm (Saturday 21 September 2019), after a 24-year-old man suffering a wound to his back presented for treatment.
He was transferred to St George Hospital in a stable condition for further treatment.
A second 24-year-old man presented to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital with wounds to his right arm and shoulder.
Police have been told, the men, who are known to each other, are believed to have been involved in an altercation with three Caucasian youths near the intersection of Pitt and Bridge Streets, when they were injured.

In a second incident, emergency services were called to Pirrama Road at Pyrmont, just after 2.30am (Sunday 22 September 2019), after reports of a stabbing.
Officers from Sydney City Police Area Command attended and found a 40-year-old man suffering a wound to his neck.
He was treated by paramedics and taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in a critical condition.
A 50-year-old man, who was known to him, was arrested nearby and taken to Day Street Police Station.
He was charged with wound person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
The man was refused bail to appear at Parramatta Bail Court today (Sunday 22 September 2019).
