Three teens and man charged with sexual assault of woman south of Sydney, NSW

Three teenagers and a man have been charged after allegedly sexually assaulting a woman south of Sydney last year, NSW Police say.

About 8pm on Saturday 18 October 2016, an 18-year-old woman met a 17-year-old boy known to her and both attended a pizza shop on Forest Road, Lugarno.

The pair met another 17-year-old boy, a 15-year-old boy and a 38-year-old man at the shop, all known to the boy who attended with the woman.

Police will allege the woman was given an unknown substance and while under the influence, she was sexually assaulted a number of times by the boys and man.

The girl was then dropped off in the Riverwood CBD and was located by a passerby, who contacted emergency services.

NSW Ambulance paramedics assisted the woman and took her to Liverpool Hospital, where police were contacted.

Officers from St George Local Area Command attended and commenced investigations.

Following inquiries, today, a 15-year-old boy, two 17-year-old boys and a 38-year-old man were arrested and taken to Liverpool Police Station.

All four were charged with aggravated sexual assault in company and refused bail. The teenagers will appear at a children’s court and the man will appear at Liverpool Local Court tomorrow.
