Three to face court following graffiti, NSW

A man and two women are due to face court today following investigations into graffiti near a railway station in the Sutherland Shire, NSW Police say.

About 4.30pm yesterday, officers attached to the Police Transport Command observed three people sitting in a parked car near Waterfall Railway Station.

Officers spoke to the group and conducted a search of the vehicle, allegedly locating numerous spray cans and electronic recording devices.

The man and two women were arrested and taken to Sutherland Police Station.

The 18-year-old man and 20-year-old woman were charged with malicious damage and possess graffiti implement.

The second woman, aged 21, was charged with malicious damage, possess graffiti implement and goods in custody.

All three were refused bail and will appear in Parramatta Court today.
