Three to face court over Dudley Park break-in, SA

Police have arrested three people in connection with a break-in at Dudley Park where firearms and Navy medals were stolen earlier this month, according to SA Police.

Sometime between the 8 and 10 June, a Dudley Park home was broken into and seven firearms, ammunition and war medals were stolen.

As a result of enquiries, Detectives from Western Adelaide CIB recovered the war medals, one of the firearms and ammunition.

A 28-year-old man and 43-year-old woman, both from Dudley Park, were arrested and charged with serious criminal trespass, theft, unlawful possession, taking part in the unlawful sale of firearms and other aligned offences.

The man was refused bail to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on 29 August and the woman will appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court on 25 July.

A 47-year-old woman from West Croydon was also reported for taking part in the unlawful sale of firearms. She will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date. 17/Y89400
