Three youths will be proceeded against following an arson incident at a South Hobart property this afternoon, Tasmania Police say.
About 1.30pm 11 November 2016 Tasmania Fire Service were called re a structure fire in McKellar St, South Hobart.
This property is a derelict house that was partially destroyed during a previous fire and has remained insecure since and has a current demolition order.
TFS and police attended and the fire was extinguished. It appears it is completely destroyed. No one was injured.
Detectives from Hobart CIB later interviewed three youths who will be proceeded against by Youth Justice.
