Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Thu Le Lam.
A warrant has been issued for the 59-year-old for failing to appear in court in relation to drug related offences.
Lam is described as 170cm tall with a thin build, brown hair and eyes.
She is known to frequent the Sunshine, St Albans and Cairnlea areas.
Investigators have released an image of Lam in the hope someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
