'Together More Than Ever' for Youth Week 2021

Youth Week returns to The Hills this April with an exciting list of events.

From April 16 to April 24, Hills youth can participate in a range of FREE events, including skate workshops and a special movie screening.

Mayor of The Hills Shire, Dr Michelle Byrne said Youth Week celebrates our younger residents and their contribution to our Shire.

"Youth Week is a time for giving back and thanking our youth for making The Hills such a wonderful place to live, grow and play," Mayor Byrne said.

"This year's theme is 'Together More Than Ever' which is very fitting after some of the challenges our community has faced over the last year or so.

"Youth Week also serves to highlight some of the great community programs available for our younger residents.

"We want young people in The Hills to grow up feeling supported, knowing there are people and services available to help them," Mayor Byrne added.

Bookings are now open and are essential to secure a place.

To book, visit The Hills Shire Council website, www.thehills.nsw.gov.au, and search 'Youth Week'.
