Police are currently investigating the cause of a traffic crash that occurred on the 12th of January 2024, at approximately 2:10pm.
Traffic flow has returned to normal in the area, however two shops are still impacted by the damage caused.
TasNetworks and Solstice Energy have restored power and gas to the affected areas.
Two pedestrians currently remain in hospital and are being treated for their injuries and are in a stable condition.
Those that were affected by gas inhalation have been released from hospital.
Police would like to thank the members of the community who provided assistance and first aid to the people injured in this incident.
