Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a traffic incident in Eastern Heights last night, Queensland Police say.
Around 6.40pm, police attended Chermside Road after a witnesses described hearing a car screeching and then a person screaming.
It appears that a man has either jumped or been pushed from a moving vehicle.
A 20-year-old man was transported to hospital in a stable condition for treatment of a serious leg injury.
Police are appealing for anyone who may have seen or heard a vehicle in Chermside Road around the time of the incident to come forward.
