Toowoomba Regional Council is seeking public input this month on the new Toowoomba Region Economic Development Strategy 2024-2029.
Toowoomba Region Mayor Cr Geoff McDonald said the strategy would be a blueprint for enhancing the Region's vibrancy, liveability and economic growth in coming decades.
"I encourage business, industry leaders and the broader community to provide input during the review of the existing strategy," Mayor McDonald said.
"This key strategic document will build on the previous strategy and help guide the Region's ongoing economic development and promotion to intending investors.
"The new strategy will position our Region as an internationally competitive, vibrant, diverse and inclusive economy that provides opportunities for employment, entrepreneurship and investment that enhance the Region's lifestyle and environment.
