Treasurer Tours to Discuss 2025-26 Budget

NT Government

Treasurer Bill Yan will hit the road next week to speak directly with Territorians about the Finocchiaro CLP Government's first Budget which was delivered in Parliament last week.

Joined by Under Treasurer Tim McManus, and with Assistant Treasurer Oly Carlson joining the team in Nhulunbuy, the Treasurer's post-Budget roadshow will visit key regional centres to outline how Budget 2025-26 delivers action, certainty and security for the Territory.

The roadshow will provide local businesses, stakeholders, and residents the opportunity to hear first-hand how this responsible Budget supports economic growth, improves frontline services, and restores the Territory lifestyle.

"The Finocchiaro CLP Government is getting on with the job of restoring the Territory's finances and getting the economy back on track," said Mr Yan.

"This Budget puts victims first, prioritises law and order, and backs Territory businesses to grow and succeed. I look forward to discussing it in person with Territorians."
