Three people will face court next month after they were charged with drug supply offences, NSW Police say.
About 10.30am today, police were conducting general patrols in Rainbow Lane, Nimbin, when they observed three masked males in the laneway.
The group ran from the area, but were pursued on foot by police.
Police subsequently searched the trio, allegedly locating cash and cannabis.
All three were arrested and taken to Ballina Police Station where they were charged with supply prohibited drug, possess prohibited drug and disguise face with intent to commit serious indictable offence.
The 16-year-old boy was granted conditional bail to appear at a Children’s Court on 10 February 2017.
A 27-year-old man and a 34-year-old man were also granted conditional bail to appear at Lismore Local Court on Monday 6 February 2017.
