Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Troy Galea, Victoria Police say.
A warrant has been issued for the 38-year-old in relation to stalking offences.
He is believed to frequent the Keilor East, Deer Park, Footscray and Seddon areas.
He is also known to drive an older model red Suzuki Cina hatch.
He is described as 175cm tall, medium build, olive skin, bald or very short hair and has tattoos on his shoulders.
Investigators have released an image of Galea in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Galea is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
