Two people have died following a single car crash in Woori Yallock this afternoon, Victoria Police say.
It is believed the 4WD was travelling on Healesville-Koo Wee Rup Road just after 2.30pm when the vehicle left the road, rolled and struck a tree.
Two rear passengers died at the scene, a third rear passenger has been airlifted to hospital in a serious condition.
The driver and front seat passenger have been transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
