Two injured after eight-vehicle crash, NSW

Two men have been hospitalised after an eight-vehicle crash in Sydney’s south west this afternoon, NSW Police say.

About 4.45 (Monday 3 September 2018), emergency services were called to Woodville Road, Old Guildford, and found a number of vehicles had collided.

Police have been told a vehicle travelling north crossed a medium strip and hit several cars travelling south.

Two men were treated at the scene before being taken to Westmead Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Road diversions are in place while police from the Crash Investigation Unit examine the scene.

Police are reminding drivers to be careful and slow down on the roads in the wet weather.
