Two injured, serious single-vehicle crash in Moorebank

Two women have been taken to hospital following a serious single-vehicle crash in Moorebank overnight, NSW Police say.

Just after 9pm (Sunday 13 May 2018), emergency services called to Newbridge Road, Moorebank, after reports a silver Holden Commodore had left the roadway and hit a power pole.

The female driver, and her female passenger, both aged in their 20s, were trapped for a short time.

After being released they were taken to Liverpool Hospital in serious but stable condition with leg and pelvic injuries.

Officers from Liverpool City Police Area Command, with the assistance of the Crash Investigation Unit attended and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.

Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
