Two men charged following break and enter in Holroyd

Two men have been arrested and charged over an aggravated break and enter in Holroyd, NSW Police say.

About 2am on Tuesday 2 January 2018, two men allegedly forced entry into a warehouse on Foray Street, Yennora.

While inside, the offenders allegedly smashed the windows of several offices before stealing over $150,000 worth of electronics.

One of the men is then alleged to have attended a financial institution in an attempt to obtain cash through an unauthorised cheque.

About 8am today (Friday 5 January 2018), police executed two search warrants at Mount Pritchard and Cabramatta. A 35-year-old man and a 24-year-old man were arrested and taken to Cabramatta Police Station.

A number of items including cash, mobile phones and laptops were seized from both locations.

The 35-year-old man has been charged with receive stolen property and dishonestly obtain property by deception. He was granted conditional bail and will appear at Liverpool Local Court on Monday 22 January 2018.

The 24-year-old man has been charged with aggravated break and enter and will appear at Parramatta Bail Court on Saturday 6 January 2018.
