Two men wanted on outstanding warrants at Walgett

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate two men wanted on outstanding warrants in the state's north.

Kenneth Morgan, aged 21, and James Fernando also known as James Morgan, aged 22, are both wanted on outstanding arrest warrants for the offence of wounding with intent to murder.

Investigators from Central North Police District have been conducting inquiries into their whereabouts and now are appealing for public assistance.

Kenneth is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, of a thin build, with black hair and brown eyes.

James is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, of a medium build, with black hair and brown eyes.

The men are believed to frequent the Walgett, Bathurst, Kelso, Orange, Dubbo, Moree, Goondiwindi and Queanbeyan areas.

Anyone who has information about their whereabouts is urged not to approach him and to contact Triple Zero (000) or Crime Stoppers.
