Two teens arrested after Osborne house break, SA

Police have arrested two teenagers following a break-in at an Osborne home this morning, according to SA Police.

A resident in Marmora Terrace awoke to find a man with a torch inside the house just after 3.30am this morning (8 March).

The resident yelled at the intruder who then ran off in company with another person, stealing two bikes and other property from the home.

Patrols arrived and quickly set up cordons around the area, and spotted the two suspects walking along Moldavia Walk.

One suspect was immediately arrested however the second ran off into a nearby school. He was arrested shortly after with the assistance of Police Dog operations.

Police were able to recover the two stolen bikes and return them to the owner.

Two 16-year-old boys from Exeter and Largs Bay are expected to be charged with aggravated serious criminal trespass and theft later today.
