Two women charged, 120 spray cans located - Police Transport Command

Two women have been charged with graffiti-related offences after police executed a search warrant and allegedly located 120 spray cans.

On Friday 26 July 2019, officers attached to Police Transport Command – North Central Transport Action Group arrested the two women at a residence on Glen Street, Marrickville.

A 29-year-old woman, a U.S. national, was charged with malicious damage, armed with intent and goods in custody.

A 22-year-old woman was charged with armed with intent, goods in custody and possess housebreaking implements.

They were both refused bail to appear at Downing Centre Local Court on 5 August 2019.

The arrests come after officers attached to Hornsby Police Transport Command arrested and charged two men with graffiti-related offences on Thursday 25 July 2019.
