The British Ambassador to Guatemala, Juliana Correa, held a meeting with the Director of the Guatemalan Tourism Institute (INGUAT), Harris Whitbeck.
They discussed new opportunities for collaboration in the tourism and consular areas between the two countries. During the meeting, Ambassador Correa thanked INGUAT for its support to British tourists visiting Guatemala, highlighting the willingness of local authorities in consular matters.
The Ambassador also presented the work of the British consular office, which maintains close relations with British citizens residing in the country. The meeting allowed for the identification of areas for future cooperation, including the exchange of best practices in tourism promotion.
