Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Umut Yalcinkaya.
Warrants have been issued for the 32-year-old's arrest in relation to burglary and offences and handle stolen goods.
An image of Yalcinkaya has been released in the hope someone recognises him and can provide details on his whereabouts.
Yalcinkaya is described as about 170cm tall with a medium build, black hair and an olive complexion.
He is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD.
